1. General Policy Overview
Due to the nature of fashion design and garment production—especially custom-made and made-to-order items—we operate a limited returns and refund policy.
2. Custom-Made & Made-to-Order Items
All custom-made garments are non-returnable and non-refundable.
This includes items made based on:
Client-provided measurements
Custom designs or fabric selection
Personalized branding, logos, or labels
Once production has commenced, cancellations, returns, or refunds will not be accepted.
3. Ready-to-Wear Items (If Applicable)
For standard, ready-to-wear items:
Returns may be accepted within 48 hours of delivery
Items must be:
Unworn, unused, and unwashed
In original condition and packaging
With tags intact
Return approval is subject to inspection by Ebi Bellas.
4. Manufacturing Defects & Errors
Returns or exchanges may be considered if:
The item has a verifiable manufacturing defect, or
The delivered item significantly differs from the confirmed order specifications
Conditions:
Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
Clear photos or videos must be provided as evidence
Approved cases may qualify for:
Repair
Replacement
Partial or full refund (at our discretion)
5. Measurement & Client Error
Ebi Bellas shall not be responsible for:
Incorrect measurements provided by the client
Errors in design specifications approved by the client
Size issues arising from inaccurate or outdated measurements
Such cases do not qualify for refunds or returns.
6. Bulk & Corporate Orders
For bulk or corporate orders:
Refunds are not permitted once production has begun
Minor variations in color, fabric texture, or finishing may occur
Approved samples or design confirmations serve as the final reference point
7. Refund Processing (If Approved)
Where a refund is approved:
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible
Transaction or processing fees may be deducted
8. Shipping & Return Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping
9. Training Programs & Digital Products (If Applicable)
Training fees are non-refundable once classes have commenced
Digital products, patterns, or downloadable materials are non-returnable and non-refundable
10. International Orders
International orders are subject to the same policy
Customs duties, import taxes, and shipping charges are non-refundable
Delays caused by customs or courier services do not qualify for refunds
